Hiring for Technical Architect - Full Stack (React / Golang) for a global Insurtech SaaS company.

Their products support direct and agent digital sales, policyholder service and self-service, new product education and marketing, churn reduction, upsell cross-sell, and complete digital tracking of policyholders. It was founded by Dustin Yoder in 2012, with a mission to modernize the Life Insurance and Annuity Industry across the globe by helping companies service, engage, and sell to their customers with one enterprise platform. Their delivery centre in Hyderabad started in 2017 and has scaled up to 200+ employees.
Role details:
- Title / Designation: Technical Architect – Full Stack
- Reporting Manager: Director of Engineering
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Hybrid
Role & responsibilities:
- Build scalable architecture to support millions of users.
- Provide the company with design ideas and schematics.
- Build reusable patterns and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Keeping up to date with tech industry trends and developments.
- Provide strong technical guidance to the team
Candidate requirements:
- Overall 6+ Years of Experience with 4+ years of experience on designing scalable systems and build architecture patterns, specifically experience as architect.
- Experience in one or more of
- Frontend – AngularJS/ReactJS/VueJS
- Backend – PHP/Java/Python/NodeJS/Golang
- DB – Any relational Database (like MySQL, Oracle, or Postgres)
- Should be competent in CI /CD tooling.
- Experience working with 3rd party software integrations like REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, JSON.
- Ability to communicate and represent ideas in terms of technical diagrams such as UML, flow charts etc.
- Experience designing and building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Ability to see big picture from basic specifications.
