● Ensure timely execution of solutions to address gaps and technical debt.

● Pioneering novel solutions from scratch and collaborating with architects and engineers from other product teams to build and promote these solutions.

● Regularly review code and architectural changes to provide timely feedback, maintain code clarity, streamline complexities, and advocate best practices.

● Stay updated on technological advancements and consistently explore ways to leverage them to enhance product delivery and quality.

● Assist the team in identifying and executing features with the right trade-offs without compromising quality and delivery.

● Develop cohesive development strategies across the organization

Requirements:

● Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a product or startup environment.

● Proficiency in designing for scalability and performance.

● Capability to conduct peer code reviews.

● Strong problem-solving skills.
