You enjoy an environment where high integrity and ethics are valued and that allows you some work-life balance through flexibility and accountability.  Your technical expertise is in the general short-term insurance space, with at least All Risk and broad-form Liabilities.  You have gained some experience as well with certain Financial lines i.e. Cyber and/or D&O, and/or Commercial Crime.  You have worked hard throughout your career to build rapport with your clients, and you know the marketplace.
