Technical Business Developer (Lead Generation)

What you will do
Working hand-in-hand with your commercial and marketing colleagues, you will be in charge of building trustful relationships with our potential customers, understanding their needs and conveying the value of our product.
We are looking for a junior business development professional with high energy and ambitions to grow. In this role, your priorities will be generating and qualifying leads for diverse industries across different regions (Europe, Asia, USA).
Key responsibilities:- Together with the marketing and commercial team you will define and execute a lead generation strategy that will support their long-term business growth
- You will conduct market research to identify potential customers and contacts
- You will build up a high-quality pipeline of leads by reaching out and meeting potential customers
- You will develop the usage of the Hubspot CRM to ensure the tracking and conversion of leads
- You will participate in the industry's most important conferences and webinars
Additional responsibilities could include developing key accounts in the target sectors dependiing on experience and performance.
Who you are- You have a bachelor's or master's in engineering, physics or equivalent
- You have already have some sales experience or otherwise a keen interest in sales and customer relationship management
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have a high level of professionalism and ethics
- You are passionate and eager to learn.
- You are a fluent English speaker
- You are either already based and working in the Lausanne region, or willing to move (wth a Swiss r European work status).
- You have a good understanding of the domain of ML and AI and want to learn more.
