Main Requirements:

• Romanian citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Minimum work experience of 7 years and having a very good knowledge of the Romanian construction market
• High interest working for a top international contractor
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel
• High proficiency in English

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• The candidate will carry out business development activities according to the strategies and business plan of the company.
• The candidate will carry out market research and analysis of projects and other companies for potential collaboration in Romania.
• The candidate should understand the core businesses and requirements of the company very well and will devise business development plans in accordance with them.
• The candidate will prepare necessary reports and meeting minutes both for internal and external reporting purposes as may be necessary.
• The candidate should be available for business travels.
• The candidate should be able to work in multiple work streams when required.
• The candidate will hold organized and good records both in hardcopy and softcopy.
