Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation, deployment and risk management.
• Good exposure to Java, Mongo DB, Spring Boot, release management and AWS would be desirable.
• Exposure to SQL server, Linux/UNIX, My SQL, Nagios, App Dynamics, Elastic Search, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Proactively monitor, manage and report the progress on execution of deliverables.
• Collaborate between external & internal stakeholders.
• Closely monitor the progress of the project.
• Provide guidance to the team on technical issues.
Skills & Qualification:
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA with 9-12 years of experience in BSS Telecom sector.
• Technical Expertise:
- Strong background in Technical Program Management or Technical Delivery Management.
- Should have hands-on technical expertise in one or more areas such as:
▪ Java Spring Boot Framework with Frontend Development using React.js
▪ Integrations and Interfaces using WSO2 or other relevant technologies
▪ CI/CD Pipelines experience using tools like Ansible or other advanced CI/CD solutions
▪ Deployment and End-to-End System
▪ Telecom Domain Experience (mandatory due to the majority of clients being in the telecom sector)
▪ Required knowledge of Delivery Practices and Methodologies including:
- Agile Methodology
- Kanban
- SaFe
- Hybrid Models
▪ Other relevant delivery methodologies
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams.
- Delivered projects using Agile development methodology.
- Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure quality compliance.
- Digital Experience in execution of large-scale digital engagements.
- Experience in Telco BSS Domain is mandatory.

- Good communication, client management and stake holder management skills.
- Experience working in international teams with varied cultures will be a plus.
