THE ROLE

Technical Development Engineer

Reports To:        Operation Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for process related technical services for the compounding plant and associated service installations.
• Developping technical skills on compounding processes, including statistical process control (SPC) applications
• Proactive task of identifying, analyzing and improving upon existing processes.
• Assisting to run tests
• Coordinating a team of 3 people and organising appropriate training activities

Location: Monza

Education and Experience:

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Native Italian and fluent English.
