Role & responsibilities:
- Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire customer organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
- Responsible for resource capacity planning, and execution along with talent acquisition function
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
- Collaborate in presales and solutions, brainstorming product ideas with prospects and clients along with relevant internal teams
- Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance and
- Oversee all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals
- Drive strategic account growth and be responsible for the delivery
- Position cost-effective and high ROI innovative solutions to meet clients' expectations and build them with quality and speed
- Contribute to addressing technical clarifications to the client and build long-term relationships with them
- Participate in Architectural, design & code reviews while establishing and maintaining best practices
- Ability to advocate quality initiatives and best practices including test automation, Continuous Integration, and Sprint Doneness within an Agile Development environment
- Demonstrate engineering productivity improvement through automation tools, frameworks, and accelerators
- Build new technology capabilities, competency strategy and building team competencies (up-skill/cross-skill)
- Lead, mentor, and grow Developers and team members at all levels, evangelizing capabilities leveraging the latest technologies
- As a hands-on technical leader, zoom in and zoom out to help team members technically
- Lead multiple client engagements with large teams and diverse technologies
- Push the boundaries when working with clients who are tech-savvy and think outside the box to drive digital transformation efforts.
Candidate requirements:
- 15+ years of experience with minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing portfolio of development / transformation Enterprise programs
- Extensive knowledge in cloud Native App development, Microservices based enterprise grade application development, Native Mobile Applications, Serverless Computing, Containerization technologies
- Experience in producing Continual service improvement is critical
- Extensive experience in AWS, Azure, or other IaaS platforms etc.
- Hands on experience in DevSecOps CI/CD tool chain, API Management platforms
- Hands on experience in Database technologies Structured & Unstructured data storage platforms
- Experience with Automation (either tool or script based) is also needed. Should be familiar with Automation tools (RPA) and use case identification for Automation.
