Antal International, is looking for a large Chinese group, a Technical Director - Intelligent interaction of car intelligent cockpit, located in Beijing

Work Location : Beijing - Recruiting Unit : FAW

Salary range : Negotiable, depending to the profile and experience - High level

Responsibilities 

1. Responsible for the development of cloud and terminal system architecture supporting intelligent interaction and intelligent recommendation;

2. Responsible for big data analysis, can explore user needs and scenarios based on massive data;

3. Responsible for the research and development of algorithms and models of intelligent recommendation, interaction and other services;

4. Responsible for leading the team to develop and implement multi-mode data such as platform-based vision, voice, face, gesture, and interface;

5. Track the development of frontier technologies in the industry and explore the application prospects of frontier technologies such as deep learning in intelligent scenarios;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of relevant work experience;

2. Excellent coding ability, data structure, and a solid foundation in algorithms; familiar with big data, knowledge graphs, and knowledge mining;

3. Familiar with natural language processing such as entity extraction, intention recognition, event summarization, semantic analysis, new word discovery, graphic data classification and other related tasks, and have in-depth practical experience;

4. Familiar with commonly used machine learning algorithms (LR/GBDT/SVM, etc.), and have relevant project experience;

5. Familiar with the principles and implementation of deep learning, understand basic network models such as DNN, LSTM, and CNN, and master at least one deep learning framework such as Tensorflow/Torch/Keras;

6. Participated in the actual development of recommendation systems, search, etc., have rich experience in architecture design, proficient in basic recall and sorting algorithms, and have in-depth research on frontier algorithms in the field;

7. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, good communication skills and teamwork skills;

8. Have team leading experience.
