Technical Documentation Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear and concise technical documents that support its products and internal processes.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content.

You will also play a key role in maintaining documentation standards and ensuring consistency across all written materials.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for power line cables;
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather information;
• Maintain and update the in-house master editor with information from projects;
• Ensure documentation meets company standards and user needs;
• Manage documentation projects and timelines;
• Update documentation based on product changes and user feedback;
• Design standard and special mechanical parts in 2D and 3D.

Requirements:

• Technical studies;
• Proven experience as a technical writer or documentation specialist;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German;
• Proficiency with AutoCad, Civil3D, as well as Microsoft 365 applications; knowledge of Revit is a plus;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
