Accountabilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing the developer experience strategy by exercising technical leadership.

2. Work together with engineering teams to establish and put into effect software development best practices to guarantee a smooth and effective process. 3. Programme Administration: Strategic technical programmes pertaining to developer experience should be led and managed, with end-to-end delivery oversight and target alignment ensured.

4.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Founders, and Partners, and ensure that everyone is in agreement when defining the goals, parameters, and success metrics of the programme.

5.Infrastructure and Tools: Assess, choose, and put into use state-of-the-art development tools and infrastructure to increase productivity and efficiency. Encourage the use of industry best practices and make sure that procedures and tools are always being improved.

6. Working Together and Communicating: Encourage an environment of cooperation and direct communication between departments and within engineering teams. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders with and without technical expertise to guarantee that objectives are understood and in line will be in charge of putting the roadmap into action and determining its worth and success using a few key criteria.

7. Assurance of Quality: Set and uphold strict guidelines for development procedures, documentation, and code quality. To gauge and enhance code quality, developer happiness, and overall development efficiency, implement and monitor metrices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline; a master's degree is recommended
2. Has practical experience developing technology and products and has worked on SaaS systems for technology.
3. Someone who has taken part in the process of creating a product's developer experience and who is aware of the market and the development community.
4. Someone with the ability to interact and oversee developer communities track record of success in technical lead-ership roles with an emphasis on improving the developer experience.
5. Deep familiarity with best practices, tools, and techniques in software development.
6. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to successfully influence and collaborate.
7. Excellent project management abilities and familiarity with agile techniques.
8. Stakeholder management and a track record of success collaborating with outside organizations or businesses
