Title: Technical Integrations Developer(s).
The successful Technical Integrations Developer will:
• Use XML, XSLT and SQL to develop EDI data exports for HR, Payroll and Benefit Election export files. File
formats include CSV, Flat, Delimited and 834. Experience with complex health vendor files with
multiple account structures and plans a plus!
• Experience with application development – e.g., Java, .Net, scripting and SOAP/REST
• Experience with Integration, middleware, API management/Gateway and microservices patterns
• Assist client, project manager and consultants during all phases of system implementation projects for
data and interfaces.
• Working with appropriate Practice team members, develop and promote use of work
procedures, tools, methodologies and processes.
• Communicate with project team members regarding project milestones, risks, issues, and status.
• Lead workshops to collect client specifications and to provide industry standards.
• Identify project risks & dependencies and escalate to the proper project stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of new features and products released.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on data, imports, exports and benefits vendor carrier files.
• Contribute to maintain and grow our internal team knowledge.
• Strong experience in implementing ERP or Benefits, HR & Payroll integrations solutions.
Competencies:
• Strong experience with SQL, XML and XSLT required. General Ledger interface experience a plus!
• Proficiency to application implementation, with understanding of business process and data
interrelationships and configuration impact.
• Technical proficiency regarding database design, data models and data mining.
• Ability to gather and interpret client business needs and communicate requirements to vendors, etc.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve configuration
and functional business issues.
• Ability to prioritize / plan work activities and manage multiple projects with a focus on results.
Monitors and ensures project activities are progressing as scheduled (and within defined scope).

Education/Experience:
• Knowledge of leading HCM, Payroll and Time systems (SuccessFactors, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday,
UltiPro etc.). Ceridian Dayforce &/or Oracle NetSuite systems experience, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, MIS or similar degree
required.
