Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical product owner and collaborate with business and technical associates to create, prioritize, and facilitate a backlog of work across multiple initiatives.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into actionable user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Manage third-party vendors with a focus on project delivery.
• Accountable for successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various associate experience/technologies
• Conduct regular presentations to communicate project updates, status, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Participate in agile team activities, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage and track progress of initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Split time between advocacy for the adoption of innovative digital solutions and delivery, staying abreast of industry trends related to technology used by the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Proven experience in the IT space, with a focus on technical product ownership and associate experience strategies.
• Interest in career growth and development, with the opportunity to lead and develop teams in the future.
• Strong background in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly for remote interactions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications is essential. Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Office, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, M365 CoPilot, Microsoft Graph, Windows, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings outside of standard business hours due to the time zone difference.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript), UX design principles user-centered design software development principles system development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
