OB DESCRIPTION
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Knowledge on DC-DC and LDO Design and analysis
- Acquiring and analyzing customer Requirements
- Responsible for leading the team in technical aspects & providing technical roadmap.
- Coordination with internal design teams, cross functional teams, customers/ Suppliers to meet all requirements
- Strong Troubleshooting & analytical skills for solving issues
- Strong knowledge in Component selection, BOM, and Cost Optimization
- Testing, debugging & developing hardware
- Review Layout and provide suggestions before Gerber release to improve ESD and EMC performance.
- Responsible to perform the root cause analysis of EMI/EMI failures in the designs
- Expertise in Prototype Development and Bench marking ,VAVE
- Shall be able to drive innovation and Integration of new technologies into the projects
- Review the requirements and Specifications and provide expert opinion on the same at the time of RFQs.
- Shall be able to provide Guidelines and Mentoring the Team Members
- Conduct risk analysis including DFMEA, FMEDA, FIT rate calculations etc.
- Provides domain specific expertise for overall electronic hardware development
- Responsible drive innovation and Integration of new technologies into the projects
Mandatory Skills:-

- Expertise in Analog ,Digital and mixed signal Design Skills
- Experience in EMC/EMI design practices and the relevant validation testing
- Expertise in interfacing of Microcontroller, LEDs, and sensors.
- Experience in using Measurement equipment's
- Experience in communication protocols RS232/485, USB, LIN, CAN, SPI, and I2C.
- Experience in Board Bring up, layout review & test plan or test report development.
- Experience in developing the rules and design guidelines for better Product performance
- Experience in customer/ supplier interaction for requirements finalization.
- Analysis and solving Issues encountered in projects.
- Define and apply processes, lessons learnt & best practices for better execution of projects.
Desired Skills:-

- Knowledge of EMI/EMC knowledge (test & measurement instruments) , HMI
- Sound knowledge of Touch & Senor technologies
- Sound knowledge on capacitive, Resistive Touch and Sensor application
- Automotive domain knowledge
