The Technical Manager/Product Manager will be responsible for increasing the profitability of existing product lines and developing new products under the passive network infrastructure portfolio of Datacom. This includes managing existing product lines, helping to develop new products based on experience and interaction with customers, spending time in the market to understand problems, and finding innovative solutions for the broader market, managing the pricing strategy, inventory, and other day to day responsibilities.
This role requires a high level of technical knowledge covering end to end network infrastructure solution and its subsystems.

Qualification and expertise:
    *  Bachelors Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Tele-communication is required. Master's degree a plus.
    *  Highly preferred to have relevant design level industry certifications in SCS, POL, Data Center, FTTH, Networking etc.
    *  3 to 5 years   relevant product management experience
    *  5-10 years of overall experience in cabling industry
    *  Thorough knowledge of regulatory or standards such as ANSI/TIA, IEC/ISO, IEEE, CENELEC, UL etc.
    *  Expert level knowledge in (Product & application):
    *  Copper cable/connectivity
    *  Fiber cable/Fiber interconnect products
    *  Fiber optic signal performance
    *  Racks/Cabinets/enclosures
    *  Data Center solution
    *  FTTH technology
    *  POL
    *  Expert in overall ELV system design and implementation
