Summary of the role – overall role contribution to team, department and organisation  Technology Manager will be responsible for implementation of CLEAR workflows.  Evaluation of new technologies to help ops team to make process better and simpler.  He will be responsible to work with solution and product team, setting up correct expectations and perform QA on the product.

Key elements and required results of the role

 Provide technical leadership to develop automation, evaluation, implementation.

 Evaluate test tools for automation including CLEAR, AI

 Come up with high-level design of Automation that covers the test strategy.

 Understand the current Digital Media workflows, OTT and Broadcast trends.

 Manage and groom ops teams for a high-performance culture.

 Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges.  Execution of R&D /POCs of new age requirements

 Hands on experience in handling technical issues

 Liaising with Product, Solution, ops team to provide better automated/semi-automated solution.

 Ability to keep up with the ever-changing Media technology, various Softwares, new features etc.

 Hands on experience in managing transcoding workflows.

 Excellent understanding of Cloud and Media Asset Management technologies.  Excellent understanding of networking, storage devices.

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree level or equivalent in computer science or related field.

Experience Required:  8+ years of experience in Testing Automation and workflow setting.

 Hands-on experience in automation tools, MAM

 Strong knowledge of Media Industry, OTT and Broadcast trends

 Experience in leading/managing automation team and providing technical solution to the automation delivery team.  Experience working on UI technologies
