Key Responsibilities
➢Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring features address user problems and contribute to product innovation.
➢Work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, and data—to define product features and ensure seamless integration across systems.
➢Engage with stakeholders to define product features and user stories, prioritizing them based on value.
➢Conduct market research and gather user feedback to validate ideas and understand customer needs.
Internal Use Only
➢Ensure product quality by collaborating with QA teams on test case development and ensuring automated testing is integrated into the process.
➢Oversee product release planning, including go-live strategies, and analyze product performance for continuous improvement.
➢Collaborate with clients on solutioning, ensuring a strong understanding of their technical needs and aligning product features to solve their business challenges.
➢Manage multiple products and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines, ensuring smooth execution across teams.
➢Lead and mentor a team of analysts and associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Required Skills and Experience
➢6+ years of experience building and shipping technical products.
➢Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend development using Python.
➢Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
➢Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with development/deployment processes (CI/CD, version control).
➢Knowledge of DevOps practices and testing strategies to ensure high-quality product releases.
➢Solid understanding of SDLC/PDLC and experience working on products from scratch, ensuring comprehensive lifecycle management.
➢Ability to engage in technical conversations with clients and collaborate on technical solutions.
➢Ability to code and review team members' code, ensuring quality and alignment with product goals.
➢Comfortable working at scale and managing multiple products simultaneously.
➢Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
➢Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
➢Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
➢Passion for delivering high-value products that solve real-world challenges.
➢Prior experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver solutions.
