Role: Technical Program Manager (IT Network/Agile)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 7-14yrs

Key Skills:  Program/Project Management, Agile Methodology, Scaled or SAFe Agile, Lean Six Sigma, IT Network (LAN, WAN, Wireless and Voice, Data Center, Switches/Routers)

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing backlog in ADO, documenting requirements and working with engineering teams to deliver automation, cloud migration and other infra projects

* Partner closely with engineering leads and cross-functional disciplines to guide technical projects

* Taking care of building, automating, and developing large scale distributed systems from ground up

* Provide day-to-day technical & program management leadership for engineering projects

* Develop tools and processes to improve engineering productivity

* Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery

* Experience with technologies such as virtualization, network, cloud and understanding technical architecture and design aspects in Infrastructure space

* Experience managing programs with remote/distributed teams

* PMP, CSM, CSPO or any other relevant certification in related space will be added advantage.

* Knowledge or exposure on LEAN, Six Sigma, KANBAN, ADO
