Job Description:

Responsible for technical project planning, management, and oversight for key initiatives across the whole engineering organization

Drive the projects through all phases from design to implementation and post-implementation

Manages and appropriately escalates: delivery impediments, risks, and issues

Scale the PMO function by rolling out program frameworks and tooling.

Provide automated solutions to manual processes

Configure and Manage Industry-standard Tools primarily JIRA

Support various release activities from planning till signoff

Requirements:

Overall 6+ years of IT experience with 2+ years as Technical Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. MBA preferred.

Ability to understand the technical details to drive a project end to end.

Experience in SaaS-based projects and working knowledge of cloud-based software

Must understand how software gets shipped and all the pieces that need to fall into place with some experience with Jenkins/GitHub etc.

Strong working knowledge of Google Sheet and MS Office.

Basic programing (Google Apps Script, JavaScript, etc.) skills to support existing tools and build new ones.

Detailed knowledge of Jira workflows and setup administration.

Must have demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum practices and values.
