Desired skills/experiences:
•8+ years of IT project management, large projects in B2B with multiple stake holders - internal & external
•Understanding of IoT, Cloud computing, Web/Mobile App based systems & application architecture
•Process & documentation-oriented approach to deliver quality releases
•Oversee multiple teams/sprints for Builds, QA, Release process
•End to end experience of 2 to 3 successful projects from POC to large scale deployment
•Technically sound, understand & talk techno functional language
•Experience of delivering at least 2 UI/UX rick systems/applications with understanding of user persona
•People & team management – direct & matrix organization
•Establish, maintain relationships with third parties/vendors & drive them for deliverables
•Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, keeping the stake holders informed & usage of right tools, process & methods
•Strong in proactive risks, issues & dependencies management
•Strong in project management tools, office tools & scrum-based releases management
•Developing comprehensive project plan, tracking, reporting & management
•Contribution to process, continuous improvement

•External client facing experience, Stake holder management – across different levels right up to CXO
