• Deep technical expertise and hand on experience in Java, Web Development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices
• Experience with RDBMS, Rest API. Good knowledge of client/server architecture
• Good understanding of multi-threaded application development, design patterns
• Exposure to Jenkins
• Exposure to Product Development Life Cycle
• Proven Experience in Project Management
• Proven Experience in interfacing with client, vendors
• Exposure to BFSI Domain
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel for assignments
• Performing requirement analysis
• Developing high quality and details designs
• Translate requirement to design and then to implementation
• Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality
• Coach, lead and manage the team by sharing expertise for team development
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, proficiency in Java technologies
• Identifying risks and conducting mitigation action planning
• Participate in designing architectures and suggest improvements
• Improve application performance, enhance product usability
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with stake holders and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain latest technical skills required as per company’s technical strategies
