Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates with skills that match the open roles and contact them
• Successfully review job descriptions to understand our clients’ needs, as well as to ask questions that will help you identify the relevant candidates
• Managing recruitment platforms, databases, and internal tools
• Build relationships with strong talent in the marketplace, communicate professionally, and leverage strategic thinking to run a successful search process and help hire the right talent
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for different positions
• Write creative texts and social media posts to reach out to relevant candidates

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter
• Having a desire to continue a career in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
• Having excellent written and oral communication skills and having a high standard of professionalism and character
• Ability to take initiative and think creatively through various situations
• Having a desire to learn, continue to grow, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Open to learning the ins and outs of the IT world.
