Role Purpose
To develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with global business objectives and drive revenue growth across assigned geographies and key customer accounts.
This is a techno-commercial role requiring strong EPC sales expertise and global market exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute geography-specific sales plans aligned with overall business strategy

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across export markets

Independently manage enquiries from lead generation to order closure

Lead bid / no-bid decisions and support proposal preparation
Account & Revenue Management
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Expand customer portfolio and maximize revenue realization
-
Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
-
Monitor receivables and ensure financial discipline
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

Track competitor activities and industry trends

Maintain market data repositories and identify growth clusters

Plan and execute region-wise promotional activities
Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with Operations & SCM for OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery

Ensure projects are executed as per contract conditions

Support cost monitoring and margin protection

Manage client relationships, including dispute resolution
Candidate Profile
Experience

10–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

Background in EPC companies specializing in:

Oil & Fats Processing

Solvent Extraction Plants

Refining Systems

Oleo Chemical / Biodiesel / Feed Mills

Skills

Strong techno-commercial acumen

Education
