Requirements

• 5 – 10-year experience.
• Bachelor degree in technical fields – ME, EE, CS or equivalent
• Experience gathering customer requirements, white boarding/presenting solutions, develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and preparing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Data center, building automation, mission critical facility, HVAC, fuel system or fire suppression system experience highly desirable.
• Understanding of sensing technology and monitoring system.
• Proficient in computer skills ideally experience with take-off tools such as Bluebeam and Adobe etc.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical resource and lead product applications / project implementation for at customer site.
• Provide post sales technical support for installed systems.
• Act as subject matter expert to assist regional sales to develop solutions for complex applications.
• Conduct routine technical product presentation/demonstration at lunch and learn sessions with channel partners and customers.
• Technical training in the field with channel partners, consultants, and end users.
• Coordinate pre-sale support with sales managers, representatives and distributors.
• Prepare technical response to RFP/RFI and assist sales managers with project submittals.
• Collaborate with technical support team to provide customer support.
• Work across functional teams including engineering, field/tech support and operations on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in tradeshows and other marketing initiative with focus to raise product awareness and increase sales.
