Technical Sales Manager based on Bucharest for industrial division

Who are we looking for:
The person passionate about technical sales who will be responsible for sales and development of specified products - dedicated to the industrial sector, including responsibility for optimized customer service and the purchase of new customers. This person has proven through his career a real passion for developing the relationship with customers, along with outstanding sales results.
Key Activities & Accountabilities
The role:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the business strategy and budget of the relevant business unit, through customer relations, fair and continuous sales, development of the branding and professional profile of the company, creation of revenue opportunities, etc.,
- Responsible for generating new ideas and sources of income through suppliers and products to grow the business unit of which it is part.
- The success of this role will be measured by achieving the business objectives of the Business Unit (Turnover, Gross Profit, Expenditures, etc.) discussed and established in the annual budget.
Education
- University academic background in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
Experience
- Solid experience in industrial field with proven career progression.
- 5 years’ experience in industries such as: production of paints, varnishes, primers or in research and development laboratories in the same industry
- Over 3 years direct sales experience, preferably in the sales of chemicals and raw materials; with a good knowledge of opinion leaders and key products and competition;
- Familiarization and relationships with the existing network within the relevant manufacturers on the market.
- Strong technical knowledge of raw materials and ingredients, as well as trends and needs of products on the local market of companies in the varnish and paint industry
- Excellent collaboration, communication skills and good team player
- English languages- proficiency level

- Proven track record of goal orientation & previous wins in meeting and exceeding targets set.
- Passion about growing the business.
- Ability to build long term relationships with clients and to bring in new business across region.
- Experience managing multiple priorities & duties.

- Driving license
