Job Description
TEAM: currently 6 people in the team (Commercial Director, 2 Sales Specialists, 2 Proposal Specialists, 1 Senior Sales Specialist ERW)
EXPERIENCE: at least 4 years of experience in a similar role (must come from metal industry/understand piping plants and have a background in engineering)
TRAVEL: They could travel up to 20-30% of the time, mainly for client visits or workshops.
BONUS: No bonus scheme included (it’s a small team), however, there are ad hoc bonuses based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management and after sales technical assistance.
- Order intake: Independently draw-up, discuss and then negotiate the commercial offers for upgrades, for revamping and for spare parts lists
- Carry out technical assessment on site, preparing clear and complete technical reports, in English
- Proficient interfacing with Workshops and Plants worldwide
- Technical advisory to the Customer or the Vendors’ workmanship during assistance (also in remote), extraordinary maintenance, refurbishing and revamping activities.
Technical Requirements:
- Capability to Read, analyze and draft technical specifications, mechanical drawings, electrical schemes, P&ID
- Experience in technical-commercial area or other experience implying relations with contractors and suppl iers, including technical and commercial contract negotiation
- Participation to international projects and / or assignment
- Strong analytic approach combined with good negotiation and presentation skills
- Basic Knowledge of Commercial and Contract practice

- Open mind, able to operate within different cultural contexts
- Availability to travel worldwide for technical and commercial meetings.
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively, dealing with multiple projects/activities at a time
