Currently we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with Chinese communication skills for European Market, working place is UK.
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the strategic expansion of thecompany in the European market from scratch, including building and integrating sales channels. Sales channels primarily include offline channels such as CPO operators, distributors, EPC contractors, fleets, governments and power companies, and OEMs. Experience in establishing and participating in online channels (e-commerce, Amazon, Shopify, independent websites, etc.) is preferred.
2. In the first year, complete the systematic expansion and establishment of sales channels in the European region, and achieve the sales target set by the company (specific targets to be negotiated).
3. Understand the core needs and pain points of local market users, and provide feedback on market information to Injet New Energyheadquarters. Assist the company in optimizing and upgrading products to meet the characteristics of the European market and establish the core competitiveness of Yingjie's products in the European region.
4. Responsible for increasing local market share and brand influence in the local market.
5. After making progress in the European market, the company will authorize the talent to explore other core regional markets globally.
Requirements
10+ years of work experience in the local European market, familiar with the local market, and with a background in the power, energy, and electronics industries.
Strong ability to develop from scratch, selfmotivated, excellent communication and learning skills.
Engineering background preferred.
Responsible for building and leading overseas teams. High degree of autonomy in work, emphasis on long-term development with the company
