�� What You'll Be Doing:
- Prospect and generate high-quality leads
- Identify customers’ technical requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Keep sales pipelines up to date via the CRM system.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Represent the company at sales conferences and exhibitions (2–3 per year).
- Hit the road for on-site demonstrations and customer visits.
- Support the marketing team with digital content creation and campaign ideas.
- Assist in system installations and provide aftersales support when needed.
- Constantly seek new ways to increase market share and streamline sales processes.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject – Physics or Material Science preferred.
- A clean UK driving license and willingness to travel (25% of the role).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Natural relationship builder – able to influence and engage with confidence.
- A self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Motivated by targets and passionate about continuous improvement.
