For a leading European manufacturer of roofing systems, we are searching for a highly energetic and proactive Technical Sales Representative to join their expanding team in Bulgaria. The role will be covering Western Bulgaria, with occasional travel to other regions, focusing on developing and growing the sales in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively support and develop existing customers, while also identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory
- Provide technical and commercial advice to clients regarding the application of Bauder products
- Conduct regular field visits and on-site consultations (approximately 4 days per week on average, though the schedule may vary)
- Manage quotations and offers in the ERP system in coordination with the internal sales team and Sales Manager
- Follow up on offers and maintain proactive customer communication throughout the sales process
- Handle customer orders and coordinate with the internal sales department for smooth execution
- Visit construction sites and provide practical guidance on product use (with support from the German team if needed)
- Manage claims and complaints through the company’s CRM system (SalesForce)
- Support customer events, exhibitions, and special sales initiatives
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback and sales reports to the Sales Manager
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales, ideally within the construction or building materials sector
- A technical background or understanding of roofing and insulation systems would be a strong advantage
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and independent personality – someone who takes ownership, acts with initiative
- Energetic, highly motivated, and hands-on personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively and manage relationships
- Strong customer focus, organizational skills, and self-driven attitude
- Technical understanding of roofing or insulation systems is an advantage
- ERP experience is a plus
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English (minimum B2 level); German is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
