Retained by our client, injection mould machine manufacturer, they are seeking a Sales Team Leader to support their growth and customer demand. Offering training on their broad product portfolio, they are well placed in the market to compete and contest with their competitors.
This role will suit either a Technical Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Manager, or a Project Engineer or Moulding Process Engineer.
Major tasks:
- Be responsible for the development of strategic partnerships with all customers in Hungary;
- Manage sales pipeline in CRM system for predictable revenue generation, prioritization and forecasting;
- Increase value to the customer and expand our scope of supply;
- Coordinate a team of 4 sales engineers, communicate best practices/solutions to all client related personnel;
- Provide creative solutions in efforts to solve customer needs;
- Align and improve business position with the customers;
- Create and execute an annual sales plan;
- Have outstanding working relations with customers and internal customer support while having to deal with challenging delivery schedules;
- Establish and propose new partnerships and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical degree;
- Sales or commercial skills, or technical engineers who wish to jump into a commercial leader position;
- Practical experiences in plastic processing (injection molding);
- Personal and energetic personality;
- 3+ years within engineering discipline, preferably from either an injection moulding machine environment or similar plastics environment;
- As full training is provided, we welcome applicants with plastic manufacturing exposure to apply, ideally from injection molding, and automation or materials handling or robotics relating to plastics manufacturing / production environments. Knowledge of injection moulding machines an advantage but not entirely essential;
- Fluent English, native Hungarian.
