Job Requirements:
- Identify new prospect customers and establish connect, build them and serve as customers ambassador
- Understand the customers industry drivers, business objectives and organisation
- Develop and sustain long term customer relationships, establishing the relationships while engaging customers at different levels of the customer organisation
- Drive early engagement in customer buying process, networking within customer account
- Engage through consultative sales by discussing with prospects about business challenges and requirements
- Work with technical & project team internally
- Follow market news/ trends, perform competitive analysis etc.
- Account management
- Manage sales related activities with high degree of professionalism and also maintain data in CRM tool
Skill Requirements:
- Experience on EV (powertrain, vehicle) is preferred
- Engineering services knowledge
- Willing to learn new technologies and processes
- Previous sales experience is preferred or should be willing to shift from ‘R&D’ to ‘Technical sales’
- MS office

- Travelling required
