• Proficient in working Experience troubleshooting issues on Unix virtualization (LPAR, LODOM ,KVM)
• Proficient in working Experience NAS storage, SAN Storage, SAN switches, LUN Provision, and reporting (HPE-3PAR, EMC, Lenovo)
• Proficient in working Experience in Enterprise backup solution backup & restore systems like EMC Networker, CommVault, NetBackup, and Micro focus Data protector and etc...
• Proficient in working Experience in Server, storage Hardware. HPE, DELL, Lenovo
• Working Experience and administration skill in Hyper-V /VMware.
• Knowledge about Hyper Converged Infrastructure like Windows S2D and DELL EMC -Vxrail and etc...
• Knowledge about in Microsoft Windows 2008, R2, 2012, 2016 operating systems
• Performing accurate RCA’s for all incidents being reported.
• Knowledge about ITIL process & Project Management
• Strong customer service ethos. Ability to work well with night shift
• Good communication skills (English)
