Main tasks: 

• Provides coverage for the Technical Support Desk via phone&e-mail;
• Records all customer interactions into a CRM;
• Develops FAQs, technical tips and How to videos on hardware and software applications;
• Supports the development of internal documentation;
• Ensures technical knowledge and expertise on the relevant products within a portofolio, including legislative and regulatory approvals;
• Registers and checks the problems reported in SalesForce.com or FX;
• Assists the team leader in generating call tracking and phone usage reports to monitor work backlog, the time and the types of the calls;
• Provides support for one or more range of HBS products like: EBI HBM, EBI HSM, DVM, Comfort Point, Team Line, etc;
• Creates individual training needs for personal development (technical and behavioral);
• Indentifies opportunities for a greater performance of the team; 
• Communicates with clients, contractors, engineers and other departments;
• Participates in daily meetings according to the job description, in Kaiz events or RPS exercises like: internal audit, corporate or third party. 

Requirements:

• Minimum college graduate, Bachelor's degree preferred;
• Previous experience in a technical support field (minimum 1 year);
• Advanced English and advanced/ native Dutch;
• Adaptability;
• Troubleshooting and good organizational skills;
• Teamwork spirit;
• Details&customer oriented. 

Good to know:

• At the moment, our client has a 30% work from the office policy, but until the end of the year all teams will be present in the office;
• The company offers a Dutch language allowance, besides salary.
