Role brief :

We are looking for a Technical UI Engineering Lead to drive UI delivery across our eCommerce, and Order Management platforms. This role demands a hands-on UI expert who can lead by example, own end-to-end UI development, and guide a team of engineers— as a technical owner and delivery driver.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the delivery and quality of UI components across key customer-facing platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of UI engineers; manage workloads, code reviews, and technical growth.
• Actively contribute to coding, architecture decisions, and solution design.
• Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to deliver scalable, performant, and intuitive UIs.
• Establish and enforce UI development standards, best practices, and tooling.
• Drive adoption of modern frameworks, CI/CD, and performance optimization strategies.
Skills & Qualification:
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA.
• 9-12 years of front-end/UI engineering experience with React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.
• Proven track record of leading UI teams in complex, high-scale environments.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, state management, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working in agile teams with tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot deeply, make trade-offs, and mentor junior engineers.
• Experience in Telecom eCommerce and Order Management.
• Experience working in monorepos, micro-frontends, or design systems.
