Position: Techno-Functional Resource for HRMS Feature Development
Role Overview: As a Techno-Functional Resource for HRMS Feature Development, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our HR domain experts and the technical development team. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding HR business processes, analyzing requirements, designing functional solutions, and collaborating closely with software developers to implement and test new features. You will be the go-to person for technical knowledge related to HRMS modules and will ensure the successful integration of technology and HR functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis:

Collaborate with HR domain experts and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for new HRMS features.

Conduct detailed assessments of existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement and automation through technological solutions.

Design and Solutioning:

Create functional specifications and solution designs that align with business needs and technical capabilities.

Propose innovative ideas to enhance HRMS features, usability, and performance.

Provide input to the technical team during the development phase, ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Configuration and Customization:

Utilize your technical expertise to configure and customize the HRMS software, tailoring it to meet specific business requirements.

Develop and maintain system configurations, ensuring proper documentation and version control.

Integration and Testing:

Collaborate with the development team to integrate new HRMS features seamlessly into the existing system architecture.

Conduct thorough testing of implemented features, ensuring they meet quality standards and functional requirements.

Support and Training:

Provide support and training to end-users on new HRMS features, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.

Address any technical issues and troubleshoot problems encountered by users.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends and industry best practices.

Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and propose enhancements to improve overall HRMS functionality.

MIS reports to clients on regular basis as agreed

Qualifications and Experience:

BE (CS/IT) with MBA and / or MBA HR
-
Proven experience 7+ years working in a techno-functional role with HRMS software, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing HRMS modules

Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and related technologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
