Responsibilities:

• Drawing up technological maps.
• Control of all technological stages of production (incoming control, processing, finished products for shipment).
• Preparation of work instructions for line employees.
• Development of regulatory and technical documentation, journaling.
• Calculation of recipes, calculation of nutritional and energy value, technical specifications for entering information on labels.
• Optimization of all production processes.
• Certification of products, work with regulatory authorities.
• Active participation in the preparation and passing of audits (according to its functionality).

Requirements:

• Profile higher education (food).
• Knowledge of oil and fat products technology will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of technological processes.
• Ability to develop recipes with the choice of technology, equipment, raw materials;
• Experience in the development and implementation of new products, expanding the range;
• Knowledge of 1C programs, MS Office (Excel, Word);
• Stress resistance, diligence, attentiveness, activity, organizational skills;
• Ability to build communication: between departments, with colleagues and subordinates.
