Work Location: Hebei Province, China

Unit: Lamp Design Department - Technology Center

Salary : Negotiable, depending to the profile, but very high range level

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the analysis and research of automotive lamp design direction, design strategy, design trend and brand design aesthetics.

2. In accordance with the product development process, responsible for the creative design of lamps and lanterns of the company's various brand models, including (concept car, new mass production car, iterative car) styling creative design, styling development and management.

3. Responsible for the design creativity and design execution of the vehicle lamp. In accordance with the styling standard process, implement applications and control the design quality during each stage of modeling.

4. Familiar with the overall situation of the modeling design industry, can focus on the analysis of the aesthetic development direction of modeling, grasp the direction and effectively derive the future development trend of lamps and lanterns.

5. Proficient in the idea of problem solving in the modeling stage; proficient in the design standard preparation and revision process and guide the designer to carry out the project.

6. Instruct/organize to complete the solution of engineering and design problems, form relevant design specifications/re-issuance prevention materials, and be able to identify the lack of system-level design specifications.

7. Instruct/organize to complete the horizontal development of the styling problems of the models under development to ensure that the models under development will not occur again.

8. Proficient in superb modeling design performance and application methods, good at digging and extracting design highlights from various design fields, and able to lead high-level planning experts to participate in large-scale discussions in depth;

9. Exploring the professional technical theory of modeling design and providing suggestions for its application to other fields, and outstanding progress and achievements have been made on the subject;

10. Can guide others and have a direct influence on decision-making;

Qualifications:

1. Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above;

2. Working years: more than 15 years of work experience in automotive interior design, appearance design or lamp design and detail design development.

3. Project experience: Experience in a variety of concepts or mass production projects;

4. Skill requirements: proficient use of PS and other two-dimensional rendering software and performance ability, strong hand-painting creative ability, good communication skills and rich experience in leading the team.

5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills, with rich experience in design team management;

6. Familiar with the automobile styling development process, and master various tools and deliverables in the development process. Able to coordinate resources and lead the team to deliver the perfect product.

7. Have good English expression and communication skills;

8. International design background.
