Hiring for a Technology Sales Leader, for a Global Systems Integration and Digital Solutions major

Their comprehensive Digital Transformation platform, drives and accelerates the Mobile, Analytics & AI / ML, IoT / Industry 4.0, Cloud and Social journeys of their customers. A tenured Technology major, our client has grown at phenomenal speed over the past few years, on the strength of diverse technology offerings to serve the niche and diverse business needs of their global clientele.
Role details:

- Location: Melbourne / Sydney, Australia
Role & responsibilities:
- Full-time Hunter / Hustler, predominantly in outbound mode
- Prospect, engage and sell to new clients, based on RoI articulation to client business
- Sell different business technology solutions appropriately to different audiences in different businesses in different industries / domains
- KPIs: New logos and new revenues
- Improve customer relationships and lead client engagement governance
- Own revenue, client satisfaction ratings and margin targets
- Travel within the country, on business, when required – 20% or less
- Engage with internal stakeholders in Practice, Delivery, Presales and others
Candidate requirements:
- Total sales experience of 12-15 years
- Recent selling experience in Australia, of at least 4-5 years
- Record of selling solutions across core LoB systems, enterprise technologies, digital transformation (web, mobile, analytics, AI/ML, cloud, digital consumer experience) and other business technology platforms services of the company, with specific data-backed business cases to prove RoI for client business
- Ideally, someone who has been consistently bagging at least 6 significant new logos every year, for the past few years
- Must be a self-starter, capable of navigating competing or ambiguous stakeholder needs across organization, to create and execute strategic objectives
Assessment process:
- 1st interview (preferably in person): Country Head, Australia
- 2nd interview: Chief Business Officer
- 3rd interview: Global Head of Sales
- HR discussions
