PROJECT MANAGER IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Tasks and Responsibilities

• responsible for organizational and commercial project planning and control in various projects in the telecommunications environment
• work closely with the customer, act as the first point of contact for all technical issues and ensure good communication between the interfaces
• responsible for and accompany the project holistically from order acceptance to invoicing
• monitor the quality and prepare regular reports on the project status for both the customer and internal management
• ensure a continuous  project improvement process
• management project duties and give guidance to project staffs
• create the project documentation and maintain the data in the internal project management too

Skills and Competencies

• essential degree in either computer science,  IT, network technologies or a related field
• experienced project manager ideally in the field of telecommunications technology projects
• person with good technical expertise  and commercial acumen
• strong at analysing processes, creating process structure and improve workflows
• eager to acquire new project  areas and actively contribute to its implementation
• high level of social skills and  ability to deal empathically with customers and employees
• independence, motivation, customer orientation and communication skills
• language proficiency  in German Language (Level C1) and English Language (Level B1)
