Telesales Agent Role - Welcome Team Advisor
Location: Hayes Hours: 37hrs/week, flexible shifts across 7 days (operational hours: 6am-9pm) Salary: £22,000 p.a. Holidays: 23 days Public Holidays Probation: 3 months Benefits:

Role: As a Welcome Team Advisor, you are at the heart of the client's interactions. Your primary objective is to promote the company's range of products effectively, leading to client onboarding and ensuring top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the company's product suite to potential leads.
- Achieve set KPIs related to conversion rates, activity, and registrations.
- Deliver compliant information in line with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments and external agencies to address queries.
- Manage objections and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Handle product and service inquiries, ensuring all relevant data is considered.
- Manage client interactions through calls and correspondence.
- Always strive to exceed client expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or minimum 2 years in a customer service/onboarding role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability in consultative sales and objection handling.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Resilience and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
