???? Job Summary & Responsibilities

Address incoming calls, provide product insights, facilitate account openings, and offer unmatched support.
Develop meaningful relationships with customers, address their concerns, and tackle advanced issues.
Ensure top-notch customer account maintenance, including application processing, money transfers, and more.
Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions.
Strive to meet all performance metrics while prioritizing stellar service.
Maintain open lines of communication with customers and colleagues.
Engage in ongoing compliance training and have a keen eye for operational risks.
