Job Title: Territory Sales Manager / Engineer
Location: Karnataka (Bangalore/Bellari/Hospet base) or Mumbai.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Zonal Sales ManagerAbout the Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage and grow sales within the assigned territory. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets in the industrial solutions domain.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Business Development & CRM
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and proposals
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in CRM systems
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with technical and proposal teams for solution delivery
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies and company guidelines
- Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and competitor activities
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- 6–8 years of experience in industrial sales
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of industrial sales, material handling, and process equipment
- Understanding of air pollution control systems and conveying solutions
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting platforms
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in EPC / industrial equipment / capital equipment sales
- Ability to manage territory sales independently
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
