An experienced and self-directed Testing Manager is needed to take ownership of the quality assurance and testing of projects, system integration, workflow processes, and other initiatives in the Omnichannel space.
Our client is a global fashion retailer focussed on the design of luxury women’s fashion - tights, bodysuits, and underwear, as well as women's clothing and accessories. They have around 3000 trading partners operating in 60 countries. They are now transforming their Monolithic e-Shop in the direction of Headless commerce, microservices architecture.
Test Manager (m/w/d)-Retail
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for quality assurance and testing of projects, system integrations, workflow processes, and other omnichannel initiatives
- Create and maintain a thorough test plan for headless commerce and omnichannel rollout
- Create the necessary test plans and test concepts
- Overall planning, management, and control of all test activities
- Creating API Interrogation and cross-browser / device test strategies
- Planning of E2E testing and the coordination of stakeholders
- Coordination within IT, with specialist departments and external partners
What would make you successful
- Effective experience in creating and managing test cases
- Experience in an online/eCommerce environment
- Very good knowledge and English, German is a plus
- Excellent understanding of current web technologies and digital innovations
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external groups
- Confident in working with internal and external teams
- Excellent project management skills including planning, prioritization, scope management, scheduling, and documentation
