???? What You’ll Do

Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and business development to negotiation and closing.

Identify new growth opportunities for integrated logistics and supply chain services.

Develop tailored customer value propositions that reflect the company’s wide service portfolio.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

???? About You

Around 5 years of experience in logistics and a proven sales track record.

Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with financial acumen.

Excellent communicator in English and Romanian.

University degree in Economics or related field.

Willingness to travel across Romania when needed.
