Testing Project Leader – Method development

The candidate will report to the Testing Solutions Manager and will be part of our client’s Product Organization.

The main objective will be to lead projects related to testing equipment design, manufacturing, and method development stages to assess and control the products’ quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new technologies, solutions and methods for testing quality parameters of new products
• Manage multiple projects from the stage of design until method development of testing equipment
• Supervision of cross functional teams and of third party development suppliers for complex modular equipment and testing methods
• Develop business justification, scope, resource & skills requirements for projects, technical specifications, qualification and testing methods and its validation
• Develop, plan, execute, validate test methods and qualify equipment
• Improve and transfer method to affiliate laboratories until successful deployment
• Initiate and build up collaborations with external centres of expertise (universities, suppliers, laboratories, etc.)

Requirements:

• PhD or Master University degree in design/material/mechanical engineering or a related field
• Agile project management Experience. Certification (Product Owner, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Hands on experience in method development, statistical analysis and method validation
• 5~10 years’ experience in a similar position
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
