We're looking to hire a professional Total Rewards & benefits Senior Manger who will build fair and attractive C&B plans, handle the strategic & tactical management of all the company's remuneration/ reward schemes, to help the company improve employee satisfaction, create a productive workplace & attract top talents in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Total Rewards & Benefits Senior Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the company Reward Strategy and administrating all C&B programs for employees in accordance with the company's HR strategy, policies and processes in Egypt & GCC.
• As you'll be managing the function across the company's operating countries, you'll be responsible for aligning C&B with each market dynamics and company startegy across Egypt & the GCC region.
• You'll be definetly the one who ensures an efficient job evaluation process by updating & revisiting the current Jobs grade blueprint in coordination with internal stakeholders, to gurantee an internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Prepare & update the annual staff cost budget in coordination with the business partner and the FP&A teams as part of the annual company budget cycle.
• One of your main responsibilities is to ensure, review & update the Annual Reward Surveys per country to evaluate different pay levels, dynamics, and inflation/deflation, to guarantee the retention of key contributors and attraction of top talents.

Key requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in HR field mainly related to Compensation and Rewards management.
2. Regional exposure is a MUST.
3. Financial Analysis background is a great plus.
4. Fluent English is a MUST.
5. People Management experience.
6. ERP System user, SAP is a plus.
7. Stakeholder management & High sense of Business Acumen.
8. Excellent communication skills with analytical mindset.
