Job Description
- Develop and implement the Total Rewards philosophy, framework, and policies.
- Lead compensation strategy including salary structures, grading, benchmarking, incentives, short- and long-term rewards.
- Drive annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and market adjustments.
- Oversee benefits design and governance across markets ensuring competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
- Lead job evaluation, grading, and organization-wide reward consistency.
- Partner with Finance on manpower cost planning, budgeting, and workforce cost optimization.
- Provide strategic insights through people cost and rewards analytics.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, tax requirements, and governance standards across operating countries.
- Oversee payroll governance and reward-related processes to ensure accuracy and controls.
- Support executive and critical talent reward proposals, retention mechanisms, and mobility frameworks.
- Lead digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives related to rewards and HR systems.
- Build and manage a high-performing Total Rewards team and operating model.
Job Qualifications
- 15 ~ 20 Years of experience with atleast 10 years focused on total rewards.
- Experience within a regional or multi-country leadership role is a must.
- Fluent level of English.
- Proven ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders on an executive level across different markets.
- Business agility and decision-making with ability to act and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment while balancing global frameworks with local market realities.
