Our CLIENT is a Dubai company based looking to expand in East Europe . We recruit a Products development  manager or Art director for the toys industry, also art & crafts for the kids, or from the desing and creation of outdoor sport playground equipment .

The candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience related to the toys industry and must have experience in concepts, designs, and technical.  This person - 1st hired will employ his/her own team of subordinates (packaging designer, technical designer etc) to support the local operations growth.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Design or Product Design University Graduate

2. Have either worked in a toy company or a design studio designing toys with a total working experience of min 3  - 5 years

3. Has 3D product development knowledge

4. Has the experience to design a toys projects from A - Z (From Concept Design, Product Design, Technical Product Drawings such as mold and materials & Packaging)

*** He will be leading the team so he will not everything on his own, however, he should have experience in all these fields

5. The candidate must have already completed several projects from A to Z successfully and present to us his portfolio

6. Needs to have a managerial attitude so he can hire and lead a team and deliver projects based on deadlines

7. Someone who is ready to commit (initially) to a 2 years contract, with a probation period of 3 months approx depending on the candidate

8. Long notice period expected to leave the company that should be 3 months

9. He/she should expect to either work based on our client company policy law or based on the local law for employment in his/her country as it all depends ifC lient will set up an entity there , or not

10. He /she should be agreeing to either work from home or from office depending on our final decision if client will open an entity with offices or not in the country of the candidate
