Job Description:

•   Point person working with our bank in Dubai, processing our import shipping documents

(dp docs).

•     Reviewing documents in the bank portal setting them up for payment approval; picking up said documents once payment approval has been done by the head office.

•   Data entry and managing spreadsheets daily.

•     Setting up courier packages to send shipping documents to our other Company’s  offices or buyers/agent.

•   Working within our Oracle system as well as bank online portal system.

•   Contact bankers to handle any problems with docs.

•   Correspond with Company’s head office in USA daily reporting spreadsheets and daily activity.

•     Correspond with other Company’s offices internationally when necessary following up on documents or problems that need resolution.

Additional Qualifications Required:

•   Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Written and Verbal Communication skills

•     Detail oriented and accurate, be able to work under pressure and keeping track, on time delivery

•   Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel

•   Experience in Oracle or other ERP systems very helpful

•     Preference given to candidates with logistics experience (understand basic shipping documents i.e. invoices, packing list, bills of lading)

•     Preference given to candidates with college degrees in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics and Accounting
