Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support & Execution:
-
Assist in the end-to-end coordination and execution of trade marketing programs, promotions, and product launches, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain) and external agencies to ensure alignment and seamless execution of trade activities.
-
Prepare and distribute necessary marketing materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and promotional tools to sales teams and trade partners.

Performance Tracking & Analysis:
-
Monitor and track the performance of trade marketing initiatives against set KPIs (e.g., sales volume, market share, promotional ROI).
-
Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform future strategies.
-
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for optimization.

Budget Management Support:
-
Support the tracking of trade marketing expenditure against allocated budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

Assist in processing invoices and managing vendor relationships related to trade marketing activities.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Brand, Finance) and external partners (retailers, distributors).

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Trade Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.

Qualifications:
-
Emirati National (mandatory requirement for Emiratization).
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.

0-2 years of professional experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Support, or a related commercial function, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Retail sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
-
Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
